Frequently Asked Questions for Old Soles Girl's and Boy's 6004 Hoffing Shoe Black Taupe Perforated Upper and Smooth Leather Back Slip On Loafer Sneaker character Metallic or suede leather upper Size:36 M EU/ 4 M US Big Kid
What should I record if a purchase-related problem happens only sometimes?
Avoid repeatedly recreating a problem when doing so could cause damage. Do not mix separate purchases into one unexplained pattern.
What should I check before asking to combine separate orders?
Ask which reference should be used after an accepted combination. Keep the seller's acknowledgment tied to both original references.
What should I check if I want to withdraw a cancellation request?
Ask for the documented next step if a new order is required. Review the account record after the seller confirms the result.
