Frequently Asked Questions for DuraVent DuraBlack 6" Stovepipe Kit btu31250 Note: Cannot be used with Size:(52" x 16" X 8")
What should I record if a purchase-related problem happens only sometimes?
Avoid repeatedly recreating a problem when doing so could cause damage. Do not mix separate purchases into one unexplained pattern.
What should I check before asking to combine separate orders?
Ask which reference should be used after an accepted combination. Keep the seller's acknowledgment tied to both original references.
What should I check if I want to withdraw a cancellation request?
Ask for the documented next step if a new order is required. Review the account record after the seller confirms the result.
